About shipping

We will prepare your shipment within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekdays are usually processed within 1 business day, but those placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take a little longer.

Once shipped, the order will be delivered within an estimated 8 to 12 business days.

Restocking Policy

If your order is returned for one of the following reasons:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
  
  

• Delivery refused or denied by the recipient.
  
  

• Failure to respond to redelivery attempts by the courier when offered.
  
  

We reserve the right to charge a 50% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Note:
In some cases, carriers may offer a return option. If the reshipment is refused or not carried out within the timeframe set by the carrier, the restocking fee will apply.
